Client Services Assistant

Peter Vickers Business Group is a well established family friendly Accounting, Insurance and Financial Services Firm, with offices in Lindfield, Windsor and Bangalore, India.

We are currently seeking the right person to join our small, professional and friendly team as a part time Client Services Assistant.

Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• ASIC lodgements, reporting and updates
• Manage the statutory register for our clients
• Manage the firms corporate registry
• Administrative support to the professional accounting team
• Coordinate data and records collection and any required follow up of clients
• Preparation of client correspondence
• Providing a high level of client service – main point of contact for the client
• Scheduling client appointments
• Diary management
• Timesheet management
• Update and maintain CPD Training logbook
• Relief reception when required
• Answering calls from existing clients, prospective clients and stakeholders
  

To be successful in this role you will have:

• At least 1 years experience in a customer-oriented or administration role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Strong administration skills
• Proven experience in developing relationships
• An accounting or bookkeeping background would be advantageous or currently studying towards an accounting qualification
• Exposure to Company Secretarial work would be advantageous
• Professional phone manner
• Strong time management skills
• High attention to detail
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to show initiative
• Capacity to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
